This Privacy Policy applies to the Rotana.dev website, all Chrome Extensions, and mobile applications developed by Kong Rotana, including Chrome Extensions (Rotana Password Generator and others) and Mobile Applications (CV Builder Pro and future apps).

Our fundamental principle: we prioritize your privacy and only collect minimal data necessary for app functionality. Most operations happen locally on your device.

Minimal Data Collection

• We do not collect personally identifiable information unless explicitly required for app functionality.
• We do not track your browsing activity or collect detailed analytics about your usage patterns.
• All user-generated content (CV data, passwords) is processed and stored locally on your device by default.

Chrome Extensions

All Chrome Extensions operate entirely on your device. Any data you provide is processed locally by JavaScript in your browser — no information is sent to our servers. We request only the minimum permissions required for functionality.

CV Builder Pro App

• Local Data Storage: All CV data is stored locally on your device. We do not have access to your content.
• No Account Required: Use the app without providing personal information.
• Advertising: The app displays ads through Google AdMob. AdMob may collect device identifiers per Google's Privacy Policy.
• Crash Reporting: Anonymous crash reports may be collected to improve stability. No personal information is included.

Data We May Collect

For CV Builder Pro: device model, OS version, app version, and ad-related data via Google AdMob. We do NOT collect your CV content, personal information, contact details, photos, or any user-generated content. For Website & Chrome Extensions: we do not collect any personal data.

Your Rights and Control

• All your data is stored locally on your device and accessible only to you.
• Delete your data at any time by clearing app data or uninstalling the app.
• Control ad personalization through your device settings or Google Ad Settings.

Children's Privacy

Our applications are not directed to children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Cookies

The Rotana.dev website and our Chrome Extensions do not use cookies or any tracking technologies.

Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using any services provided by Kong Rotana — including the Rotana.dev website, Chrome Extensions, CV Builder Pro, and Telegram Bots — you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

Permitted Use

• Download, install, and use CV Builder Pro on your personal devices.
• Install and use our Chrome Extensions in your browser.
• Access and use our website and services for personal or commercial purposes.
• Create, edit, and export CVs using CV Builder Pro.

Restrictions

You agree NOT to: reverse engineer or decompile any application; modify or create derivative works; remove copyright notices; use services for illegal purposes; attempt unauthorized access; use automated systems to extract data; or redistribute/sell our applications without written permission.

CV Builder Pro

CV Builder Pro is provided free of charge, supported by Google AdMob advertisements. You retain all rights to the CV content you create. CV templates and design assets remain our intellectual property — you may use them for CVs but may not redistribute them separately.

Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of our services are owned by Kong Rotana and protected by international copyright laws. The Chhuk Krapom Khmer font and all associated typeface designs are the exclusive intellectual property of Kong Rotana.

Disclaimer & Liability

Our services are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kong Rotana shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of our services.

Data Backup

Since CV Builder Pro stores all data locally on your device, we are not responsible for data loss due to device failure, app uninstallation, or data corruption. We strongly recommend regularly exporting and backing up your CVs.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Cambodia. Any legal proceedings will be brought in the courts located in Phnom Penh, Cambodia.
